Job summary

Inclusion Family Counseling Center Inc in Brockton, MA seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day clinical staff performance and on-call rotation across programs. The role includes supervising clinicians, ensuring annual performance reviews, and maintaining accurate clinical records.

You will review abuse/neglect cases with the Clinical Director, manage a clinical caseload, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to policy development and management team discussions.

Qualifications

• Master degree in SW, MH Counseling, or MFT.
• Independent license with at least five years working with families and children.
• Experience with CBHI program and reporting requirements.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise reports.
• Effective written and oral communication; positive interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group supervision for assigned clinicians.
• Ensure annual performance reviews for staff under supervision.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with standards.
• Review and report suspected abuse or neglect cases to the Clinical Director.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and adjust as supervisory load changes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and policy revisions.
• Inform Clinical and Executive Directors of relevant issues and recommendations.
• Participate in internal and external committees and meetings.
