Georgia HOPE is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead the delivery of high‑quality behavioral health services in the community. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure compliant service delivery, and support program operations.

This leadership role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and outcomes‑driven care. You will guide staff development, oversee budgeting and strategic planning, and maintain model fidelity across programs such as FCT/FS.

Formación

• Master’s degree in human services discipline (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
• At least two years’ experience working with children (internships, volunteer work, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to staff, including caseload assignment and performance development
• Ensure high-quality service delivery through documentation review and regulatory compliance (COA)
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development in collaboration with the Program Director
• Contribute to program growth through budgeting, planning, and partnerships
• Lead team meetings and coordinate communication across internal teams and community partners
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits while ensuring policy compliance
