Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work with clinical experience required.
• CT LCSW license is required or active eligibility.
• CT School Social Worker Certification (071) preferred or required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a clinical leader, preferably in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and interpretation of clinical and admin school policies.
• Develop annual goals for the department to drive quality improvement.
• Monitor staff and parent training program content and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with state/regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provide clinical supervision to all clinicians and manage a caseload of students.

Education

Master’s degree in social work with clinical experience

CT LCSW

CT School Social Worker Certification (071)

Valid driver’s license

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience

Three years’ clinical leadership experience
