Avenues Recovery Center in Ft. Collins, CO is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility.

You will support the Clinical Director and oversee daily operations of the clinical program to maintain high-quality, evidence-based care. The role requires a Master’s degree, Colorado licensure (LAC/LCSW/LPC), and at least three years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Colorado (LAC/LCSW/LPC) required.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
