Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its inpatient Detox and Residential facility in Aurora, CO. You will support the Clinical Director, manage day-to-day clinical operations, and oversee client engagement to maintain a warm recovery environment.

Required are a Master's degree, Colorado LCSW licensure, and supervisory experience; a recovery background is preferred. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills and a commitment to high-quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field is preferred.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in CO (LCSW) is required.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
