Job summary

Amity Foundation in Los Angeles is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (MSW-MFT) to oversee clinical services in prison and re-entry programs. The ideal candidate will manage quality assurance, provide clinical supervision, and facilitate community integration efforts.

This role requires an MSW or MFT, and offers a salary between $70,000 - $80,000 semi-monthly along with benefits such as medical, dental, and a supportive community-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience working with mental health, substance abuse, homeless, and/or re-entry populations.
• Experience with crisis intervention, hospitalization, psychiatry, and mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Support program and case managers with clinical service quality.
• Provide direct clinical supervision to case managers and clients.
• Function as a liaison between Amity and community providers.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of non-profit organizations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
