Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our detox and residential facilities. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee daily operations of the clinical program, and help maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment for clients.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients, current licensure in Indiana (LCAC, LCSW, or LMFT), and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice in Indiana for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles.
