The Clinical Supervisor maintains strong relationships with community partners, ensures compliance with agency and funding requirements, and supports data-driven program improvement.

The Clinical Supervisor position is contingent upon the employee’s ability to consistently meet the performance expectations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by NuPAGE Communities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement, probation, courts, schools, and community partners.
  • Provide support to local peer juries and liaison with local law enforcement officials.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all juvenile probation referrals in DuPage County.
  • Ensure consistent, responsive communication regarding service updates and client needs.
  • Oversee the delivery of ReDirect - the agency’s youth diversion program and make program enhancements as needed.
  • Work with the Police Social Work team to develop and implement the ReDIrect Program in police departments with a high volume of juvenile referrals.
  • Support program evaluation, continuous improvement, and development of community partnerships.
Direct Service
  • Provide counseling services to assigned clients including individual, family, and group counseling.
  • Co-facilitate the ReDirect Program - weekly group-based diversion program for youth with minor law enforcement contact (requires late afternoon and early evening availability on Thursdays)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all individual counseling and group services.
  • Provide a minimum of 60% of scheduled work time to providing direct services to clients, including assessment, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and other client-facing activities consistent with program needs.
  • Work with assigned clinical manager on an ongoing basis to manage time dedicated to direct service vs supervisory responsibilities in order to meet caseload expectations.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for at least 2 days/month when needed
Data, Reporting & Program
  • Oversee accurate documentation and tracking of services.
  • Support collection and monitoring of program data to meet state grant and other funding requirements.
  • Provide data and insights to leadership for reporting and program evaluation.
