Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor with LCADC credentials to lead clinical quality management across our network of treatment centers. You will ensure alignment with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements while supporting clinical teams.

The role requires licensure, a Master’s degree, and at least five years of supervision or QA experience, with a focus on SUD treatment and billing/auditing. Travel up to 50% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Active LCADC or licensure in related social work field.
• Master's degree required.
• Minimum five years' experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing.
• Ability to manage workload and mentor staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to clinical supervisors.
• Oversee chart auditing and quality improvement processes.
• Facilitate clinical training and policy review.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.
