Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the Transitional Support Services program, overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring quality patient care in line with regulatory standards.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, licensure progress, and at least two years of supervised SUD counseling with supervisory experience, plus a commitment to evidence-based practices and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the clinical disciplines is required.
• Two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience.
• Independent licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LADC I).
• Must be on track to obtain independent licensure by Jan 1, 2028.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision and crisis consultation to staff and interns.
• Maintains knowledge of evidence-based practices including MAT for opioid use disorders.
• Chairs the weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meeting.
• Audits clinical documentation for regulatory conformance.
• Develops and implements enhancements to the clinical program.
