Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions is seeking a Clinical Supervisor I or II in Hermiston, OR. This exempt, full-time role oversees daily clinical operations, supervises clinicians, and ensures adherence to Oregon rules while promoting quality care.

The supervisor will manage caseloads, provide supervision, and coordinate with the Clinical Manager to maintain service standards and improve outcomes. A strong leadership and clinical background is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology or related field with 2 years post-grad clinical experience.
• Licensed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC or LMFT) with relevant experience for Clinical Supervisor II.
• Knowledge of mental illness and addictions; strong judgment and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical supervision to assigned clinicians.
• Ensure EBPs are implemented and outcomes meet standards.
• Maintain professional documentation and supervision practices.
• Provide after-hours emergency/crisis support as needed.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance.
