Job summary

Community Counseling Solutions is hiring Mental Health Specialists II, III or IV in Hermiston. Positions provide diverse behavioral health treatment per OARs, with supervision by Clinical Supervisor. Salaries vary by level; 40-hour work week; generous benefits and a $5,500 signing bonus for a 2-year commitment.

The role includes child, adult and family services, crisis coverage, and collaboration with schools, clinics and law enforcement. Licensure/certifications required at higher levels.

Qualifications

• Requires either a doctorate in social work, psychology or related field or a master’s with LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure.
• Master’s degree in a related field is required for MHS III.
• Bachelor’s degree required for MHS II and enrollment in a Master’s program within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to children, adults and families (screening, assessment, individual and group therapy).
• Coordinate with agencies and act as liaison between clients and other services.
• Provide after-hours emergency services and crisis intervention.
• Complete documentation in accordance with OARs and guidelines.
