Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters seeks a full-time onsite Licensed or non-licensed Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor for a secure residential treatment facility in Hermiston, OR. The role oversees day-to-day clinical work, reviews assessments, and supports clinicians with supervision and guidance.

The position offers full benefits, very flexible shifts, relocation assistance and training provided. A signing bonus of $5,500 is available to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral/mental health, psychology, sociology or related field.
• 2 years post-Masters experience if non-licensed; 5 years if licensed.
• Licensed in Oregon as LPC, LCSW, LMFT or PhD/Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours emergency services, crisis intervention and telephone consultation on a 24-hour basis.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; supervise and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate civil commitment processes with hospitals, case workers and state agencies.
• Coordinate medical treatment with prescribers and ensure service delivery.
• Lead clinical staff meetings and participate in quality assurance activities.
