Job summary

Clarvida in Peoria, IL is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LCPC) to lead a clinical team serving children, adolescents, and families. The role combines on-site and remote work with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential evening home visits.

The supervisor will oversee treatment plans, represent the agency in interventions and meetings, and provide direct counseling while ensuring service quality and staff support. Licensure in Illinois within six months is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field (SW, psychology, counseling)
• Licensed LCSW or LCPC in Illinois or able to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience serving children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
• Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and support to clinical staff
• Represent Clarvida during interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings
• Review client charts to ensure quality service delivery and accurate treatment plans
• Address complaints and resolve problems related to clinical services
• Provide direct counseling to an assigned caseload
• Support staff during evening home visits and participate in an on-call rotation
• Lead and guide the clinical team to ensure high standards of care
