Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking an LCPC or LCSW to supervise resident clinicians across Illinois, with eligibility to supervise remotely from any IL location. The role blends supervision with a clinical caseload and telehealth sessions, supporting clinicians’ development and client care.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with IL credentials.
• Experience supervising resident clinicians and providing group/individual supervision.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Conduct weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of client availability per week.
