Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead its HIV Support Services team. You will supervise social workers, case managers, and outreach staff while maintaining a limited direct caseload to ensure high-quality care coordination and patient advocacy.

You will drive program development, grant compliance, and staff coaching, aligning operations with regulatory standards and community needs across our health system.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LPC or MFT or NCC or PHD or RN or PS or RN or is required.
• LSW, LCSW, LPC or equivalent credential in good standing with PA licensing board is required.
• Certification in Case Management, Drug and Alcohol Counseling or related fields preferred.
• Master’s degree in healthcare or social services related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years in medical case management or HIV services; 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative oversight to the Support Services Team including case managers and social workers.
• Maintains a limited caseload and delivers care coordination and resource linkage.
• Collaborates with leadership to expand HIV support services and ensure quality outcomes.
• Coaches, supervises staff, and develops standard work and performance metrics.
• Oversees grant-funded programs, reporting and compliance with grant requirements.
• Develops reports, trainings and partnerships with community providers.
