Job summary

Novant Health invites applications for a Clinical Supervisor I in the Heart and Vascular Heart Failure Clinic. You will partner with the Clinic Administrator to ensure implementation and success of NHMG goals, organize and direct the clinical environment, and coordinate teams to assure high-quality patient care in physician practices.

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday - Friday; Location: Heart and Vascular Institute - Elizabeth. Join a remarkable team focused on quality care and service.

Qualifications

• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two years of nursing experience, required.
• One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

Responsibilities

• Support and direct the clinical environment in the Heart Failure Clinic.
• Coordinate teams to ensure quality patient care in physician practices.
• Collaborate with Clinic Administrator to implement NHMG goals.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Experience:Two years of nursing experience, required. One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• Additional Skills (required):Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and training.
