Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT) preferred.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Familiar with EMDR, DBT, CBT and related therapies.
• Ability to model stable boundaries with clients.
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement/maintain treatment plans with documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to serve the community.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
