Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field required.
• Candidates should ideally hold a clinical licensure (LCSW).
• Experience documenting treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Familiarity with EMDR, DBT, CBT, and creative therapies is valued.
• Ability to maintain boundaries with clients and work within confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and update treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team to expand access to care.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Supervise pre-licensed clinicians when applicable.
