Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead our inpatient Detox and Residential programs. You will support the Clinical Director and manage daily operations, ensuring a compassionate, compliant environment for clients.

Requirements include a Master’s degree (or higher) and Colorado licensure (LAC/LCSW/LPC) with at least 3 years of experience in chemical dependency or dual diagnosis. Join a team dedicated to recovery and excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 3 years experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Colorado (LAC, LCSW, LPC).

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment.
• Facilitate group sessions occasionally and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
