This full-time role focuses on developing, staffing, and supervising services; providing counseling and clinical supervision; and coordinating care across teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The position requires a Master’s in Human Services, LCPC/LCSW licensure, and at least two years of direct substance use experience with minimum one year of supervisory

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services is required.
• Two years minimum working with clients in substance use services.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Clinical license (LCPC or LCSW) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services using evidence-based methods; conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to substance use clinicians and practicum students.
• Ensure recovery-focused services with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Collaborate across care teams to transfer clients and educate staff about services.
• Ensure specialty annual requirements (TB testing, Hepatitis testing, Narcan training, etc.).
• Conduct intake, assessments, and linkage with internal/external resources.
