Spurwink is seeking a Project Supervisor for the Clinicial Consultation and Support Services (CCSS) program in Maine. You will supervise Clinical Consultants weekly, oversee training, and ensure timely CISM support for OCFS staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited school.
• Independently licensed in Maine as LCSW or LCPC and maintain licensing.
• Minimum 5 years in foster care, child welfare, and/or mental health; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct weekly supervision to Clinical Consultants.
• Oversee Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) supports within required timelines.
• Attend to vicarious trauma needs and promote wellness and staff support.
• Ensure currency on best practices and deliver high-quality training and consulting to OCFS staff.
• Recruit, hire, orient, and train CCSS program staff.
