Spurwink is seeking a Project Supervisor for the Clinical Consultation and Support Services (CCSS) program in Maine. The role oversees clinical consultation, delivers trainings for OCFS staff, and supervises Clinical Consultants.

It requires a Master's in Social Work or Counseling and Maine licensure, with strong foster care/child welfare expertise and supervisory skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with travel to Maine offices as needed, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and Maine licensure (LCSW/LCPC).
• At least 5 years' foster care or child welfare/mental health experience; supervisory preferred.
• Licensing and certification must be maintained for duration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct weekly supervision to Clinical Consultants.
• Support CISM activities for OCFS staff and partners.
• Address vicarious trauma needs and promote team wellness.
• Keep current with national best practices and trainings.
• Recruit, hire, orient, and train CC program staff.
