Spurwink is seeking an ACT Program Supervisor in Lewiston, ME, to oversee the Assertive Community Treatment program, supervise staff, and provide counseling in community, home, and office settings. The role collaborates with other departments to ensure program quality and fiscal health.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in social work or counseling with licensure in Maine (LCSW/LCPC preferred). A strong background in evidence-based practice and supervision is required, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
• LCSW/LCPC licensure preferred; LMSW-cc and LCPC-c will be considered.
• Experience with evidence-based practices in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate employees as directed.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation per Spurwink standards.
• Monitor staff productivity and day-to-day program operations.
• Provide individual and group supervision and lead staff meetings.
• Handle administrative tasks like referrals, budgeting and grant oversight.
• Collaborate with agency partners to support program quality and fiscal health.
• Carry cases and meet productivity expectations as determined by leadership.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
