La Clinica de Familia Inc seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative aspects of programs in Southern New Mexico. The role includes coaching staff, ensuring documentation standards, and coordinating quality initiatives.

The supervisor may provide patient services such as biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and individual or group therapy as needed. Strong licensing, supervision experience, and cultural sensitivity are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychiatrist or Psychologist).
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Must be willing to use personal vehicle when needed and pass background checks, TB screen and drug testing.
• Must be or apply to be board approved supervisor with counseling and social work boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight for assigned programs.
• Conduct supervision for staff and review documentation for non-independently licensed staff.
• Coordinate with other supervisors for group supervision and quality improvement meetings.

Job description

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, La Clinica has provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Clinical supervisor may also provide services to patients which may include biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.

• Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches.
• Skill in assessment procedures, diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic treatment, and case management practices including follow-up and closure.

• Ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team and with the public.
• Assesses and incorporates culture into assessment and treatment processes

Job Requirements:

• Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
