Job summary

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC serving Southern New Mexico. The clinical supervisor will oversee clinical and administrative work for assigned programs, conduct staff supervision, and ensure quality in documentation and interventions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, an active New Mexico independent license, and at least one year of supervisory experience. It involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and participation in quality improvement

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and NM independent license in counseling, social work, psychology or MFT.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Exempt position with clinical and administrative oversight responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight for assigned programs.
• Conduct individual supervision for staff and review documentation for non-independently licensed staff.
• Coach and guide interventions, support staff with crisis or staffing needs.
• Coordinate with other supervisors for group supervision and participate in quality improvement meetings.

Job Summary

The clinical supervisor is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the programs assigned. Clinical supervisor will conduct individual supervision for assigned staff, review documentation for non-independently licensed staff, provide coaching and guidance on implementing effective interventions, support community service workers with potential crisis or staffing needs, coordinate with other supervisors in facilitating clinical group supervision, and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings.

Knowledge of various modes of psychotherapy and evidence-based practices, especially crisis intervention and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field.
• Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or marriage and family therapy.
• Have a minimum of one year supervisory experience
