Job summary

Sweetser is seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to lead our CCBHC Outpatient Team in Brunswick, ME. You will ensure high-quality services, supervise staff, and coordinate resources to support clients across programs.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a salary range of $65,000–$74,817 depending on experience, and comprehensive benefits. Master’s degree in clinical or social work and relevant licensure are required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in professional clinical or social work discipline.
LCSW or LCPC license required; valid state driver’s license at hire.
Two years post-bachelor’s experience in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day work of program staff and ensure responsiveness to client needs.
Provide regular supervision to staff and coordinate staff development activities.
Ensure clinical documentation accuracy and completeness for insurance payments.
Monitor program budget, productivity targets, and annual goals.
Collaborate with the area service network to connect clients with community resources.
Maintain compliance with licensing standards and client confidentiality.
