Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field is required.
• LPHA Certification is required.
• 5+ years' experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
• Satisfactory pass of screenings and criminal background checks is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of programs including service, community groups and personnel matters.
• Maintains quality and quantity of services and stays informed on client needs.
• Oversees personnel matters including hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, staffing decisions.
