Metropolitan Family Services in DuPage County, IL, is hiring a full-time Clinical Program Supervisor for Behavioral Health to lead all aspects of the program and supervise staff. The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field, LCPC or LCSW licensure, and 4+ years post-graduate experience; evening hours are required.

The average starting salary will be in the $78,000–$90,000 range with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling or related field is required.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• 4+ years of post-graduate counseling or social work experience with increasing levels of responsibility is preferred.
• Evening hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the program.
• Maintains quality and quantity of services; plans for client service needs.
• Manages personnel matters within the program including hiring, assigning, and terminating staff; identifies leadership potential.
• Participates in developing the unit's annual and long-range plan.
• Recommends program budget to their supervisor.
• Ensures integration of multi-service, multi-disciplinary approaches to the program.
• Develops and maintains contacts with community groups relating to program needs.
• Works collaboratively with community agencies and other program supervisors in the unit.
• Supervises and develops intern staff in the program.
• Works effectively with diverse staff and service population.
