Job summary

Metropolitan Family Services seeks a full-time CCBHC Team Lead for our Merrionette Park office. You will supervise and coordinate services, ensure medical necessity, and uphold Medicaid and CCBHC standards while promoting integrated, whole-person care.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling and licensure eligibility (LPC/LSW). The position includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must be eligible for LPC or LSW licensure.
• Proficiency in IM-CANS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and knowledge of ASAM criteria

Responsibilities

• Reviews and completes IM+CANS assessments and treatment plans.
• Reviews documentation prior to team and clinical supervisor review.
• Maintains quality and quantity of services and stays attuned to client service needs.
