Job summary

Metropolitan Family Services invites applications for a full-time Clinical Program Supervisor for Behavioral Health at our DuPage office. You will supervise all program aspects, ensure service quality, and manage personnel while collaborating with community partners to meet client needs.

The role requires LCPC or LCSW, a Master's in social work or related field, and 4+ years of post-graduate counseling or social work experience with increasing responsibility, plus evening hours.

Qualifications

• Competence in consultation, teaching, and writing.
• Ability to work in the community with assigned caseload.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the program.
• Maintains quality and quantity of services; plans for client needs.
• Handles personnel matters within the program including hiring and termination.
• Participates in developing unit's annual and long-range plans.
• Recommends program budget to supervisor.
• Ensures integration of multi-service, multi-disciplinary approaches.
• Develops and maintains community contacts relating to program needs.
• Collaborates with community agencies and other program supervisors.
• Supervises and develops intern staff in the program.
• Works effectively with diverse staff and service populations.
