Job summary

Metropolitan Family Services in Merrionette Park, IL seeks a full-time CCBHC Clinical Supervisor to lead program operations and staff. The role includes overseeing service quality, planning, and budget development within a multi-disciplinary framework.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, LPHA certification, and 5+ years of progressively responsible experience. A competitive salary with a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
• LPHA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the programs including items related to service, community groups and personnel matters.
• Maintains quality and quantity of services; stays informed of client service needs and participates in planning for them.
• Manages personnel matters within a program including hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, assigning, and terminating staff.
• Identifies leadership potential of program staff for development.
• Writes annual and long-range plans for the program.
• Participates in developing the unit's annual and long-range plan.
• Recommends program budget to the director.
• Ensures integration of multi-service, multi-disciplinary approaches to the program.
• Develops and maintains contact with community groups relating to program needs.
• Works collaboratively with community agencies and other program supervisors to achieve unit goals.
• Supervises and develops intern staff in the program.
• Works effectively with diverse staff and service populations.
• Other duties as assigned.
