Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) to oversee day-to-day operations and clinical quality of case management services.

The role provides direct clinical supervision and care to clients, guiding staff in evidence-based, culturally sensitive interventions. The position offers a 9am-5pm schedule, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, and an annual salary between $85,000 and $90,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Massachusetts clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, in-office and in the field.
• Coordinate admissions and crisis planning with a person-centered approach.
• Supervise side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving and skills training.
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms and ensure treatment plans involve the client.

Eliot is seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and clinical quality of the case management services. This role provides direct clinical supervision and guidance to case managers as well as direct care to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, both in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions
• Ensure the individual is at the center of care, with interventions tailored to their preferences and goals
• Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
• Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviors
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms, responses to interventions, and ensure all treatment plans are completed and involve the individual in their planning process

Qualifications:

• Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Must hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.)
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (3 days on-site/2 days remote)

Annual Salary: $85,000 USD - $90,000 USD
