Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Clinical Supervisor to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). The role oversees day-to-day operations and clinical quality of case management, providing direct supervision and care to clients served.

The position supports youth, families, and adults with mental health and substance use needs, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9am–5pm (3 days on-site/2 days remote) and a salary range of $85,000–$90,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Must hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.).
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions.
• Center care on the individual, tailoring interventions to their preferences and goals.
• Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
• Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focusing on problem-solving, skills training, and positive behaviors.
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms and ensure treatment plans are completed with active client participation.

Eliot's innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and clinical quality of the case management services. This role provides direct clinical supervision and guidance to case managers as well as direct care to clients.
