Job summary
SAGE Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support outpatient staff across the Greater Phoenix area. You will provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and ongoing support to clinical teams.
Pay is up to $71,000 per year with a $6,000 sign-on bonus, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, disability, a 401k match, PTO and life insurance, plus licensure supervision reimbursement.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required in a relevant field.
- Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Licensed (LPC or LCSW) AZ-BBHE.
- 2+ years of behavioral/mental health experience preferred.
- Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices preferred.
