Job summary

SAGE Counseling is seeking full-time Licensed Clinicians to provide one-on-one individual sessions for clients in the Greater Phoenix area. Clinicians may work in a SAGE office, remotely, or a hybrid arrangement, with a typical schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Compensation ranges from $47,500 to $64,700 annually, with bilingual pay differential and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, disability coverage, 401k matching, and licensure supervision. Equal employment opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Behavioral Health Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT) required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one individual sessions to SAGE clients.
• Maintain a 1:1 caseload and cover group sessions as needed.
• Typically work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with flexible arrangements.
