Job summary

SAGE Counseling in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee outpatient services, providing orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to a clinical staff. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality, client-centered care within the program.

Qualified applicants will hold a Master’s degree and an associate- or independent-level license, with at least two years of behavioral health supervision preferred and licensure supervision reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Licensed at associate level (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level (LPC or LCSW) by AZ-BBHE.
• At least two years of behavioral health/mental health supervision experience preferred.
• Experience in staff supervision, training, and managerial practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to clinical staff.
• Support outpatient program services with clinical leadership and supervision.
• Lead staff development and ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

We are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Tucson area!

Pay: up to $71,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum of Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
• Required: Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
• Highly preferred:At least two (2) years' experience providing behavioral health/mental health services
• Preferred:Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices
