Job summary

SAGE Counseling is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support outpatient staff across the Greater Phoenix area. You will provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and ongoing support to clinical teams.

Pay is up to $71,000 per year with a $6,000 sign-on bonus, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, disability, a 401k match, PTO and life insurance, plus licensure supervision reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Licensed (LPC or LCSW) AZ-BBHE.
• 2+ years of behavioral/mental health experience preferred.
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices preferred.

We are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area - SAGE has offices throughout all of Maricopa Co. - your office will be determined by your location.

Pay: up to $71,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
• Required: Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
• Highly preferred:At least two (2) years’ experience providing behavioral health/mental health services
• Preferred:Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices
