Job summary

Axis Health System in Durango, CO, is hiring a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to supervise clinical staff, provide direct care, and help design individual care plans for clients. The role requires a master’s in a recognized mental health field and Colorado licensure or eligibility (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LAC/CAC III or PhD).

At least five years post-grad experience and two years supervisory experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the recognized mental health professions.
• Licensed or license eligible in Colorado as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, CAC III or PhD.
• Minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• LAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical supervision to assigned staff.
• Provide direct clinical care as part of the program team.
• Design and implement individual care plans for clients.
• Contribute to center policy and programming and ensure alignment with Axis Health System policies.
