Axis Health System is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor in Durango, CO. The role includes delivering clinical supervision, providing direct care, and contributing to individual care plans within a team-based program.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in a mental health field and is licensed or license-eligible in Colorado, with 5+ years post-graduate experience, including 2+ years in supervision. LAC certification preferred.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in one of the recognized mental health professions and licensure in Colorado (or license-eligible).
• Minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience in healthcare; at least two (2) years in supervision.
• LAC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff.
• Deliver direct clinical care and contribute to individual care plans.
• Collaborate with program team to design and implement care plans following policies and directives.
• Offer center policy and programming expertise and act with independent judgment.
