Job summary

Axis Health System is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor in Durango, CO. The role delivers high-quality clinical supervision to staff and provides direct clinical care while participating in program planning of individual care plans for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in a recognized mental health field, Colorado licensure or eligibility, at least five years of post-graduate clinical experience, and two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the recognized mental health professions, licensed or license-eligible in Colorado as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, CAC III or PhD.
• Minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• LAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical supervision to assigned clinical staff.
• Deliver direct clinical care as part of the program team.
• Design and implement individual care plans for program clients.
• Work with a diverse client population in accordance with policies and directives.
• Ensure actions reflect Axis Health System policies, priorities and values.
