Job summary

Autism Spectrum Connection is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our Inland Empire/Orange County team, providing quality supervision with a manageable caseload and a focus on delivering high-quality ABA services.

This role emphasizes mentorship of behavior consultants and therapists, collaboration with families, and professional development within a supportive, inclusive workplace that values work-life balance and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Strong skills in behavior management, instructional strategies, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior consultants and therapists.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessments.
• Work collaboratively with families to foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Utilize both Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) methodologies.
• Conduct functional assessments and analyses to develop effective behavior strategies.
• Support the ongoing professional development of team members through training and direct instruction.
