Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook; comfortable using new systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee implementation of treatment and supervise behavior technicians.
• Coordinate with caregivers, payers, and other professionals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff and caregivers.
• Update treatment plans monthly based on patient response.
