Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for treatment plans and supervision hours.
• Assess skills and challenging behaviors; develop and update treatment plans.
• Coordinate with caregivers, payers, and other professionals; provide training to technicians.
