Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical treatment for multiple patients, including assessment, plan development, and caregiver training. You will supervise behavior technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols across centers, homes, schools, and telehealth settings.

You will collaborate with caregivers and payors, maintain treatment data, and ensure ongoing program quality with monthly plan updates.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Certification as a Behavior Analyst from the BACB.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
  • Must pass TB test.

Responsibilities

  • Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
  • Develop and maintain treatment plans.
  • Ensure supervision hours are at 100% adherence each month.
  • Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
  • Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and design plans.
  • Develop and implement functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide coaching and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
  • Coordinate care with professionals inside and outside the organization.
  • Maintain documentation in patients' medical records and HIPAA compliance.
