Job Description

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders, aiming to improve independence and quality of life. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides leadership, clinical oversight, feedback, and instructions to ensure successful client outcomes.

Under supervision, you will ensure high-quality clinical practice, impactful client progress, and customer satisfaction. You will also oversee and mentor clinical team members, including Program Managers and Interventionists.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain an average of 5 billable hours per day (25 hours/week)
• Supervise Program Managers to ensure minimum billable hours of 28 hours/week
• Provide clinical supervision according to BACB standards
• Conduct developmental assessments and develop treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates, ensuring documentation compliance
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatments
• Provide training and feedback to staff and families
• Participate in IEP and interdisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
