We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead high-quality clinical services in a center-based setting with some remote work.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional assessments and developing data-driven treatment plans
- Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Providing parent training and ensuring clinical excellence
- Maintaining 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborating within a team to promote clinical consistency
- Contributing to training, quality assurance, and curriculum development
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Proficiency with technology (iPad, data collection, scheduling platforms)
- Clearance including TB test, immunizations, and background check
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
