LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) for an in-person, center-based ABA setting with part remote work. You will lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, and provide parent training.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaboration with a team, training, quality assurance, and curriculum development, while maintaining 30 billable hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism and developmental needs.
• Proficiency with technology and background clearance.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
