Job summary

CLASS (Center of Learning and Autism Support services) seeks a BCBA to lead clinical work with care and scientific rigor. You will supervise clinicians, mentor RBTs and oversee assessments to ensure top-tier ABA services. Travel to Fairfield, CA and surrounding areas is required.

We offer hourly pay ranging from $40 to $65, plus a tablet or laptop, full benefits for FT staff, and supportive leadership in a growing practice with two decades of experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required at hire.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years supervising clinical staff.
• Strong ABA skills: BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET.
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance.
• CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring high-quality ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs and Case Managers to grow clinicians’ skills.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and communications.
