The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and clinical oversight to direct care and counseling staff within PHRI programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed behavioral health and substance use disorder services. The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in program development, staff supervision, training, documentation compliance, and quality assurance. This position supports the agency's mission by fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement in clinical care.
